Christopher M. Zeledon
We are very pleased to welcome back Dr. Christopher M. Zeledon to Weaver, Reckner & Reinhart Dental Associates. Dr. Zeledon is a 2015 graduate of Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, and a member of the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
He began working for WRR as a chairside dental assistant in 2007 while studying for his Bachelor’s degree in pre-professional biology at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA. As a dental assistant, he was given the opportunity to take part in a dental missions trip to Honduras and attributes the experience he gained through WRR and Honduras with solidifying his desire to pursue a career in the dental field.
During his dental training at Temple University, he was able to take advantage of various outreach opportunities the school offers to help serve underprivileged communities throughout the Philadelphia area. Dr. Zeledon also volunteered his time through the annual MOM n PA Dental Missions event held in Pennsylvania, and plans to continue his volunteer work through this event.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Zeledon dedicates his time with his loving family. His wife, Cortney, and him have two daughters, Lyla and Lauryl, and hope to welcome more children in the future. His brother, Aj, is also an employee at the office and will make the work commute together. Aj, who was born with Down’s Syndrome has been a very influential factor in Dr. Zeledon’s life. He volunteers with the Special Olympics and Aj’s bowling league which takes place every fall in Limerick, PA. Dr. Zeledon enjoys playing soccer, is a member of the Boyertown adult soccer league, and also scuba dives.
