Amber started working as a dental assistant over 20 years ago and quickly fell in love with dentistry. She attended Harcum College to further her career as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. “Providing patient care while keeping patients comfortable is very important to me.” When not taking care of patients she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and her two sons. She loves photography, scrapbooking and gardening. “I am blessed with a team at WRR that shares my values. I hope that we can soon help you feel comfortable here.”

Alyssa joined WRR in 2021 with two years of dental experience after graduating from Manor College. She enjoys being outdoors and playing basketball with her friends. About being a part of WRR, she says, “it is a great environment to work in. Everyone is so helpful and willing to work as a team.”
Jeffrey C.
Orthodontic Technician
Jeff joined WRR in 2005 as our orthodontic technician, bringing 26 years of orthodontic experience to the practice. He holds a Liberal Arts degree in Biological Science from Temple University. Jeff is married to Susan and has three sons, John, Joshua, and Jeff, Jr. The family also has a dog and two cats. Jeff’s many hobbies include motorcross racing, ATV riding, Nitro RC 4×4, and RC Helicopter recreations. He loves anything outdoors, such as camping, hiking, fishing, and aquaculture. “I enjoy the fellowship between the doctors, staff members, and patients at WRR, as we strive for the very best in dentistry and work together to fulfill a vision,” says Jeff.
Michele D.
E.F.D.A.
Michele joined WRR in January of 2010. She has an Associate of Science Degree from Manor College and her E.F.D.A. license. She brings with her eleven years combined experience as an assistant, orthodontic technician and E.F.D.A. Michele is married and has two children, Kevin and Madison . She loves going down the shore, cooking, crafting and spending time with her family. Michele loves working at WRR because “everyday I am greeted with smiling faces. The dentists and staff truly care about you and make you feel like family. We perform a variety of procedures that greatly benefit our patients and it is a pleasure to be a part of the WRR team.”

Marie joined our team in 1999. In addition to acting as the practice’s Community Event and Project Coordinator, Marie is a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant bringing over 20 years of experience to WRR. She is certified in orthodontics and also works with Invisalign patients. She attended Manor College in Jenkintown. Marie and her husband, Mike, reside in Hilltown and have three children, Nicole, Michael and Christian. She enjoys cooking, walking, physical fitness, theater and spending time with her family. Marie has organized many community activities and events over the years, such as Movie Night and preparing Thanksgiving baskets for local families. She says her favorite thing about working here is “the staff and our patients! Dental assisting requires a talent for multi-tasking which keeps me interested in and loving my career.”

Melissa joined WRR in November 2010 after working with Dr. Jack Brent. She and her husband, Dan, have three daughters, Marissa, Kayla and Kelsey. She enjoys riding her bike and spending time with her family. She is a member of a bicycle team which rides for various causes such as the American Cancer Society, Multiple Sclerosis (M.S), and Diabetes Foundation.

Maria joined our dental assistant team in 2018, bringing over seven years of experience. In 2008, Maria left her job as a dental assistant in Italy and moved to the United States with her husband and three children. In 2014, she started up her career again in the dental field, and in 2018 she obtained her certified dental assistant license. She loves to learn new things and to challenge herself everyday. In her spare time, Maria enjoys crafting, traveling, shopping, cooking for family and friends, and taking care of her plants. She is “very excited to be a part of the WRR team, and enjoys being in a supportive, friendly and knowledgeable environment.”
Priscilla G.
Dental Assistant
Priscilla joined the WRR dental assistant team in September 2021 after making the move from Oregon. She has eight years of experience as a dental assistant while in Oregon and graduated from Anthem College in Beaverton, Oregon. She resides with her partner, Josh and their dog, Winston. She enjoys hiking and walking, and is a billiard pool player. She was a captain on a billiard pool team and led her team to qualify for a Las Vegas tournament. She enjoys working with the doctors and staff and the family-oriented environment that WRR provides.

Emilie joined our dental assistant team in early 2020 with four years of dental experience. A native of Bucks County, PA, she spent the last few years in Minnesota where she attended Rochester Community and Technical College. Emilie is married with one child, and a dog named Gatsby. She loves being outdoors and spending time with her family. About WRR, she says, “my favorite thing is how friendly the staff has been.”
Valerie J.
Dental Assistant
Valerie began working at WRR in December of 2013 and is one of our assisting team members. Valerie graduated from Quakertown High School in 2002 and is married to her husband, Scot. They have two cats, Jipsee and Sparty. She loves playing soccer, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoys the “family-friendly environment of the WRR office.”

Evan joined our team in 2016 as a dental assistant. He has two older brothers, and a dog and cat. Evan enjoys playing lacrosse, exercising, and watching sports especially hockey and basketball. He loves how friendly the staff is, and feels it makes his experience at WRR “amazing.”

Lydia joined WRR in 2020 as a dental assistant. She has three years of experience in the dental field and is currently studying at Montgomery County Community College to pursue dental hygiene. She is married and enjoys reading, painting, playing video games and drawing. She says “everyone works together so well at WRR… it’s like a big family.”

Samantha joined WRR in August 2018 as a dental assistant. She enjoys collecting butterflies and snowboarding at Big Boulder. She comes with a few years of experience in the dental field and joins her sister, Laura, on the assistant team. She loves how everyone at WRR is so kind!

Kate joined WRR in 2021 as a dental assistant. She is currently attending Montgomery County Community College aspiring to be a dental hygienist. Joie joined the staff of WRR in 2010 as our sterilization coordinator and became an Expanded Function Dental Assistant in 2015. Joie lives in Chestnut Hill with her boyfriend and their cat, Bo. Joie loves working at WRR because it is a supportive environment where the staff loves and cares about what they do each day.

Colette joined WRR in 2019 as a dental assistant. She is planning on pursuing a career as a dentist. She enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, and reading. Jenn joined WRR in 2017 with nine years of experience in the dental field, and over eight years in public relations. She graduated from Cabrini College with a B.A. in English/Communications, where she met her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the shore and spending time with her family. She appreciates how friendly and willing her co-workers are to help and support one another.

Courtney joined WRR as a sterilization coordinator in 2007 and is currently an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. When not studying or working, she loves to cook, shop, read, and spend time with friends. Rachel began her career in 1992 while a high school student, as Dr. Weaver’s original dental assistant. She currently has both orthodontic and dental radiology certification in addition to her vast experience as a dental assistant. She and her husband, Chad, have 2 daughters, Jordan and Reagan. Rachel enjoys going to the mountains, riding four wheelers and being outdoors with her family. “The best part of working at WRR is the positive and friendly atmosphere. Everyone truly cares for one another and our patients making it such a unique place to work.”

Heather joined the staff of WRR in 2006 and is our Dental Assisting Team Leader. She graduated from Harcum College. Heather has over nine years of experience as a dental assistant and over six years as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. She and her husband, Chris, have a son, Tanner. Her hobbies include cooking, shopping and spending time with family and friends. Heather’s favorite thing about working at WRR is the “compassionate and friendly atmosphere.”

Brooke joined our dental assistant team in May 2022. She is currently a student at Montgomery County Community College and enjoys skiing and basketball. “I love the welcoming environment at WRR,” she says.

Linda joined WRR in 2005 after moving back to the area from South Dakota. She has over 25 years dental experience. She attended North Hennepin College in Minneapolis and has her Expanded Function Assisting License. Linda has two children, Doug and Angela. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, boating, traveling, and crafting. Linda says, “WRR is such a wonderful place to work. We work in such a great atmosphere – our patients, each other, the doctors. I have learned many new things and am challenged every day. I also have made a group of special new friends.”

Nicole came to WRR with experience as an orthodontic assistant. She attended Bucks County Community College and lives with her boyfriend and her dog. She enjoys painting, reading, hiking, traveling and learning new things. “The energy is amazing here at WRR. Barbara “Basia” Z.
Dental Assistant
Basia joined the WRR team in 2000. She moved to the U.S. in 1998 from Poland after meeting her husband Arnold. (One of her patients!) Barb modeled for a short time before working at our practice and she still loves fashion and makeup. She and Arnold have two sons, Gabriel and Alex. Barb loves to shop for good bargains, loves to design, and is an excellent cook. She really cares for her patients at WRR and enjoys assisting the doctors with root canals.
