Amber started working as a dental assistant over 20 years ago and quickly fell in love with dentistry. She attended Harcum College to further her career as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. “Providing patient care while keeping patients comfortable is very important to me. I am blessed with a team at WRR that shares my values. I hope that we can soon help you feel comfortable here.”

Michele joined WRR in January of 2010. She has an Associate of Science Degree from Manor College and her E.F.D.A. license. She brings with her eleven years combined experience as an assistant, orthodontic technician and E.F.D.A. Michele loves working at WRR because “everyday I am greeted with smiling faces. The dentists and staff truly care about you and make you feel like family. We perform a variety of procedures that greatly benefit our patients and it is a pleasure to be a part of the WRR team.”

Melissa joined WRR in November 2010 after working with Dr. Jack Brent.
Jeffrey
Orthodontic Technician
Jeff joined WRR in 2005 as our orthodontic technician, bringing 26 years of orthodontic experience to the practice. He holds a Liberal Arts degree in Biological Science from Temple University. “I enjoy the fellowship between the doctors, staff members, and patients at WRR, as we strive for the very best in dentistry and work together to fulfill a vision,” says Jeff.
Marie
C.D.A., E.F.D.A.
Marie joined our team in 1999. Marie is a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant bringing over 20 years of experience to WRR. She is certified in orthodontics and also works with Invisalign patients. She attended Manor College in Jenkintown. She says her favorite thing about working here is “the staff and our patients! Dental assisting requires a talent for multi-tasking which keeps me interested in and loving my career.”
Mariarosaria

Maria joined our dental assistant team in 2018, bringing over seven years of experience. In 2008, Maria left her job as a dental assistant in Italy and moved to the United States. In 2014, she started up her career again in the dental field, and in 2018 she obtained her certified dental assistant license. She is “very excited to be a part of the WRR team, and enjoys being in a supportive, friendly and knowledgeable environment.”
Emilie

Emilie joined our dental assistant team in early 2020 with four years of dental experience. She attended Rochester Community and Technical College in Minnesota. About WRR, she says, “my favorite thing is how friendly the staff has been.”
Adrienne
E.F.D.A.
Adrienne came to WRR in April 2024 with 13 years of experience in the dental field. During that time she specialized in helping children to enjoy their dental visits. “I love how WRR focuses on helping every patient feel comfortable and at home,” she says.

Dental Assistant
Sara joined the dental assistant team in June 2023. She brings with her one year of assisting experience with plans to finish her medical assisting degree and eventually pursue a career as an expanded function dental assistant.

Colette joined WRR in 2019 as a dental assistant and recently received her E.F.D.A. license. She loves how “everyone wants to help you grow in your career at WRR.”

Lydia joined WRR in 2020 as a dental assistant. She has five years of experience in the dental field and completed the EFDA program at Harcum College. She says, “I appreciate everyone at WRR. Their constant encouragement and confidence in me has really helped me grow and flourish.”

Kate became a member of the dental assistant team shortly after graduating from high school in 2023. “What I like most about WRR is the people and teamwork environment,” she says.

Dental Assistant
Brooke joined our dental assistant team in May 2022. She is currently a student at Montgomery County Community College. “I love the welcoming environment at WRR,” she says.

Dental Assistant
Jazmin joined the dental assistant team in February 2024. “I am deeply passionate about dentistry. The team at WRR is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes my days working here thoroughly enjoyable.”

Laura joined our WRR team in 2017. She has been in the dental field since 2011 and graduated from Harcum College. Her favorite thing about WRR is “everyone is genuinely caring.”

Courtney joined WRR as a sterilization coordinator in 2007 and is currently an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. She loves the atmosphere at WRR because “everyone is always willing to help and genuinely cares about you and your life outside of work.”

Samantha joined WRR in August 2018 as a dental assistant. She comes with a few years of experience in the dental field and loves how everyone at WRR is so kind!
Rachel

Rachel began her career in 1992 while a high school student, as Dr. Weaver’s original dental assistant. She currently has both orthodontic and dental radiology certification in addition to her vast experience as a dental assistant. “The best part of working at WRR is the positive and friendly atmosphere. Everyone truly cares for one another and our patients making it such a unique place to work.”

Cheyenne has been a dental assistant with WRR since 2014. Her favorite thing about WRR is the family atmosphere.

Jenn joined WRR in 2017 with nine years of experience in the dental field, and over eight years in public relations. She graduated from Cabrini College with a B.A. in English/Communications. She also maintains the WRR website and social media sites. She appreciates how friendly and willing her co-workers are to help and support one another.

Heather joined the staff of WRR in 2006 and is our Dental Assisting Team Leader. She graduated from Harcum College. Heather has over nine years of experience as a dental assistant and over six years as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. Heather’s favorite thing about working at WRR is the “compassionate and friendly atmosphere.”

Sydney joined the dental assisting team in September 2023 with three years of experience. She appreciates how kind her co-workers are and the great patient care WRR provides.

Kate joined WRR in 2021 as a dental assistant. She is currently attending Montgomery County Community College aspiring to be a dental hygienist. Her favorite thing about WRR is the warm and welcoming environment and the positive attitudes from all of the staff members.

Linda joined WRR in 2005 after moving back to the area from South Dakota. She has over 25 years dental experience. She attended North Hennepin College in Minneapolis and has her Expanded Function Assisting License. Linda says, “WRR is such a wonderful place to work. We work in such a great atmosphere – our patients, each other, the doctors. I have learned many new things and am challenged every day. I also have made a group of special new friends.”
